Steven Hetherington
Arbroath FC would like to thank midfielder Steven Hetherington for his time with Arbroath FC and his parent Club Falkirk for allowing Steven to make the move to Gayfield in January on loan.
Steven brought his experience of the Scottish Championship with him to Gayfield and he instantly fitted seamlessly into the team and into our midfield making 13 appearances. Steven showed his versatility as he was asked to play at left-back after injury to Colin Hamilton.
Steven’s style of play and work-rate made him an instant fit and appreciated by our supporters for his determination which was matched by his technical skills and Steven played a big part in securing our Championship status.
We would like to thank John McGlynn at Falkirk for allowing Steven to join Arbroath and we would like to wish him the very best for the future.
