AGM Announcement
The Annual General Meeting of Arbroath Football Club Limited will take place at Gayfield Park on Tuesday the 27th of June 2023 at 7.15pm.
AGM packs have been sent out over the last few days to shareholders by post and by email to those on our database.
Each pack contains an AGM invite with agenda, a letter from Chairman Mike Caird, a proxy voting form and a copy of the financial statements for the year ending 31st May 2022.
All shareholders are asked to look out for their pack arriving and to contact Company Secretary, Gary Callon on secretary@arbroathfc.co.uk in the event that it has not been received.
Please note that only shareholders in the company are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting.
