We are going to try and lift the covers tomorrow morning at 10am to give the pitch a chance to recover in time for Saturday’s match against Forfar Athletic.
We had an amazing response last week and as you know we tried, tried and tried some more but the Beast from the East and Mother Nature secured the 3 points and the win!
Tomorrow Peter Clarke aka Booner our Groundsman is going to lift the covers with the help of one of our most loyal supporters Allen Innes and his fantastic crew. These guys are amazing and have been a huge, huge help.
However if you are a supporter and you would like to be involved you are more than welcome to come down to Gayfield at 10am tomorrow to lend a hand.
It will be wet so waterskins are recommended and it is Gayfield, so it will be likely to be cold too.
