Arbroath return to Gayfield tomorrow buoyed after the result from last Saturday and the amazing support who really helped motivate the team.

We welcome Ian Murray’s Airdrieonians to Gayfield tomorrow with a few familiar faces returning to Gayfield as goalkeeper David Hutton and striker Leighton McIntosh return with Bryan Prunty also now a member of the Airdrieonians coaching staff.

Airdrieonians have signed 3 loan players in the winter transfer period with Midfielders Josh Campbell and Declan Glass arriving from Hibernian and Dundee United respectively with Scotland U19 defender Jordan Houston arriving on loan from Rangers yesterday.

Ian Murray also has midfielder Sean McIntosh back in his plans as the 22-year-old midfielder returns from injury. Goalkeeper Scott Gallacher is still missing with a long term injury.

Several of the Arbroath players were left nursing injuries after last Saturday’s match but are all expected to be fit enough for tomorrow’s game but with another big game to come on Tuesday evening away to East Fife, Manager Dick Campbell may fully utilise his squad of players.
