Berwick Rangers vs Arbroath – Match Preview
Match Day 10 – Ladbrokes League 2 – Season 2016 / 2017
Saturday 29th October 2016, Shielfield Park, Berwick-Upon-Tweed, 3.00pm kick off
The Lichties return to Ladbrokes League 2 action tomorrow with the long trip south to face Berwick Rangers at Shielfield Park.
Despite a shock exit in the Scottish Cup to Hawick Royal Albert, John Coughlin’s team currently have the best defence in the league having only conceded 9 goals and remain the only undefeated team away from home.
Arbroath will face up to former striker Greg Rutherford after the tall hitman signed for Berwick Rangers last week. The 22 year old scored on his debut against Hawick Royal Albert and has moved back to Scottish Football after a full time move in England fell through.
The Lichties will welcome back defender Jassem Sukar from suspension and goalkeeper Robbie Mutch will return to the squad after sitting out last week’s Scottish Cup Fixture after being cup-tied.
