The Board of Directors, Our Management Team, Coaches, Players, our backroom staff and Ground Staff would like to go on record and thank every single Arbroath Supporter who came down to help the Club with the Pitch Covers on Sunday morning, Wednesday afternoon and this morning.
The Togetherness shown with everyone giving up their time, all willing to get dirty and put in a hard shift all whilst being outside in the freezing cold to ensure that today’s Scottish Cup game went ahead as planned is testament to your dedication and support of our proud Club.
It isn’t an easy job, but your heroic efforts have caught the attention of Scottish Football Supporters online today from across the country. Showing how it is to come together to support your club and answer the call of your local football team.
With so many games having been called off recently, you showed that with a few hours work and some good planning that it is possible to beat the elements.
Although the result in today’s game didn’t go our way, again we were backed with a home crowd of over 2000, with many of you having been down this week to make sure that it was possible to play.
A huge shout out as well to our head groundsman Peter Clarke and his team who always make sure our pitch is one of the best in Scotland.
As a team we will do all we can in the remaining league matches for you and hope you will continue, like you always do, to continue to support your club.
