Sheffield to Inverness for Harri Parker

Sheffield to Inverness

Last weekend we welcomed 10-year-old Harri Parker to Gayfield with Jeni and Grant and we were delighted to hear they enjoyed their trip to Gayfield and to Scotland.

Well you won’t believe this but the Parkers’ left Sheffield at 1am on Saturday morning to drive to Inverness!

Harri watched the game from the stands with the Arbroath support (In his Arbroath strip but with his beloved Sheffield United strip underneath) but got a chance to walk down the tunnel at the Caledonian Stadium after the full time whistle.

We have been blow away by their support and were delighted to see them again. It was a good day also for Sheffield United daft Harri as Billy Sharp scored an 88th minute equaliser for Sheffield United against AFC Bournemouth in their Premier League opener as Harri had his phone out refreshing the scores.

Harri had picked Bobby Linn as his favourite player when watching the team warm up last weekend and was delighted to see Bobby open the scoring.

The family are off to explore Loch Ness today to try and find Nessie and we hope they have a safe trip back to Sheffield.

So good to see you all again!
