Ladbrokes Championship – Game 10 – Season 2019 / 2020

Saturday 26th October 2019, The Energy Check Stadium at Firhill, Glasgow, 3.00pm kick off

Arbroath kick off the second quarter of the Ladbrokes Championship tomorrow with a trip down to the The Energy Check Stadium at Firhill to take on Ian McCall’s Partick Thistle.

Former Ayr United Manager Ian McCall was appointed Partick Thistle manager on the 23rd September after former Manager Gary Caldwell was sacked on the 18th September, just days after his side drew against the Lichties at Gayfield.

Ian McCall has been at the helm for 3 Championship matches now and has guided his side to two 3-1 away wins at Inversess Caledonian Thistle and Dundee but suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to Queen of the South.

The Lichties will be looking to take advantage of Thistle’s poor home form as they have yet to pick up any points at Firhill this season.

Arbroath Manager Dick Campbell will be looking to build on his side’s win over Greenock Morton with Scott Stewart’s return last Saturday a huge boost to the Lichties. Gavin Swankie remains out as he recovers from his Hernia operation but will soon be pushing for a return to the team.

It’s another huge game for the Lichties with only 4 points separating 4th to 10th in the league.

We hope you will be there to cheer us on!
