Would you like to get healthy and fit?

Do you have 90 minutes to spare once a week?
Are you free on Monday 13th January?
Would you like to get fit and healthy for free?
Do you have a body mass index (BMI) of 28
Men – Is your waist size over 38”?
Women – Is your dress size 16+?
Would you like to make new friends?
Again would you like to get fit for FREE?

Previous graduates with Arbroath FC FFIT lost a combined total of 134.5kg (21 stone 3 lbs) and an average of 4.3kg (10 lbs) per person.

They also reduced their waist size by 5.1cm (2”) with a combined total waist loss of 158cm (5 ft 1”)

Remember you don’t have to be a fan of Football!

Oh and it’s FREE!

FFIT is a proven fitness and lifestyle programme which happens all over the United Kingdom and allows participants to get healthy, lose weight, get active but most importantly it gives you the tools to continue to that lifestyle once the program has finished.

Not only do you learn how to make positive changes to your lifestyle but you also get a behind the scenes look at Gayfield whilst being trained by selected coaches. You will get a nosey at the trophy cabinet and have the chance to talk tactics in the dressing rooms. Who knows, maybe you’ll even bump into a player or two!

The program is there to teach, help and encourage and there is no judgement only encouragement. Most participants have also forged new friendships which have continued long after the program has concluded.

Football Fans in Training will be held at Gayfield Park and will start on Monday 13th January 2020 and run for 14 weeks ending on Monday 13th April 2020.

The program takes place in the evening and lasts 90 minutes. The 90 minutes is split in half with the first 45 minutes on discussing positive changes to your lifestyle then 45 minutes of physical activity. Participants can only take part in one programme.

We are now looking for 20 men and 20 women to start the course on Monday 13th January 2020.

Remember it is completely free!

There are a few simple criteria you have to meet to enter.

You have to be aged between 35 to 65,
Have a BMI of 28+
Men – waist size in excessive of 38”
Women – Dress size 16+
