Cusick and Rowe both returned for this match and their introduction tightened up the defence which had leaked 6 goals the previous week. In
an even first half there were chances at both ends but there was no scoring before half time.
Despite appearing to control the midfield and squandering a few half chances, it was Clyde who took the lead when Cusick headed a goal for the home team whilst
trying to clear a cross. We were unable to snatch an equaliser but at least the defence was far more secure this week.
