With Cusick and Rowe both suspended, Arbroath lined up again with Colin McKinnon at centre half. As against Ross County Arbroath were pushed back for the first 15 minutes but this time we lost 2 goals in this spell. The team regrouped and the rest of the first half was more even. Two defensive slips in the second half helped Airdrie towards scoring another four goals with former Lichtie loan player, Colin McDonald coming on as substitute and scoring their sixth.
