Highlights:- A defensive Maroon line-up was upset when Arbuckle had to go off injured early in the game. There were chances at both ends before Thistle took the lead in 38 minutes. Rowe equalised five minutes later with a header from Fotheringham cross front the right. Playing with the wind in the second half Arbroath failed to capitalise on their advantage.
