Our purpose built
Hospitality Suite at Gayfield Park is available for private hire for
conferences, events, occasions, parties, meetings and funerals. We
have a fully licensed lounge where we can offer a range of catering
facilities to suit your individual requirements, varying from
canapes to 3 course dining, with seating up to 70.
Multimedia
presentation facilities are also available upon request.

At Arbroath Football
Club, we pride ourselves in believing that our match day hospitality
packages are amongst the best in Scottish Football. We are also
delighted to announce that our new hospitality suite is now open and
ready to accommodate your needs.
The packages
illustrated here are a guide as to what we have to offer but we are
always very happy to discuss particular requirements & prices with
clients that may differ from these shown.

CORPORATE HOSPITALITY
This is an ideal
opportunity to entertain clients, associates and friends. For a
typical package, you can look forward to a three course meal with
wine followed by coffee, drinks before and after the match, half
time buffet with refreshments, exclusive main stand padded seating,
complimentary official team sheets and match day programme. Many of
our customers enjoy their afternoon at Gayfield so much that they
often book again for a match later in the season.

MATCH SPONSORSHIP IN SPONSOR LOUNGE
Typically, you can expect a champagne
reception on arrival, three course lunch with wine, seats in the
Directors box, half time refreshments, drinks before and after the
match, advert with match details on Club Website, man of the match
presentation with a photograph on the Club Website.
Cost - from £70 per person + VAT

MATCH DAY MASCOTS
At Arbroath Football Club, we make our best efforts
to ensure that our mascots have a day to remember. Prior to leading the team
out onto the field with the captain, we also give the youngsters a tour of
Gayfield and a chance to meet the Manager and some of the players. We also
provide the mascot with a signed team sheet and a match day programme with
their name in it. There is no charge for being a mascot, however the mascots
must wear a current Arbroath FC home or away kit.

First Team Squad
Member - £250 per season
Youth Team Squad
Member- £50 per season
First team player sponsorship
includes signed photograph plus two Boardroom tickets for a home
game. The full list of player sponsors will appear on the Club
website during the season.

ADVERTISING BOARDS |
|
Advertising boards are a great
way to promote your business to the local community and beyond. An 8
ft by 3 ft board costs £100 + VAT per season, while a 16 ft by 3 ft
board costs £150 + VAT per season. The cost of the board being made
is met by the advertiser. |
