Our very first Football Fans in Training programme is it’s final few weeks and it has been a huge success.
Twenty two of the current group attended the weigh in after only 6 weeks and they had lost a combined total of 214.5cm and 84.1kg between them.
This works out at an average of 9.75cm and 3.8kg each which is an incredible result and great reward for the groups efforts.
We are delighted to say that we are starting out second 12 week session on Monday 9th April.
Not only have our participants lost weight, improved their health, learned how to eat properly but friendships have also blossomed and they have all had a lot of fun.
The cost is FREE and there are still some spaces available for our April 12 week programme which will end in July.
If you are a Man or Woman aged 35 to 65, have a BMI of 28+, a waist in excessive of 38”, or dress size 16+ and are interested in improving your health, losing weight and getting active again then this is for you.
This is a great and proven programme that has happened all over Scotland and will help you make positive changes for life.
You’ll get a behind the scenes look at your club, be trained by selected club coaches, have a nosy at the trophy cabinet and have the chance to talk tactics in the dressing rooms. Who knows, maybe you’ll even bump into a player or two!
The programme is held at Gayfield Park and the first FFIT programme of the April Session will start on Monday 9th April 2018 and will run for 12 weeks.
Participants can only take part in one programme.
The meetings will take place in the evening and will last 90 minutes. The 90 minutes will be split in half with the first 45 minutes on discussing positive changes to your lifestyle then 45 minutes of physical activity.
