We still have a few places left on our very first Football Fans in Training session starting on Monday 8th January 2018.
Men – We have had a great response so far and we have the mens first programme completely full. We are taking names for the second mens programme which will start in April 2018.
Women – We have 13 Women signed up for the first programme and are still seeking 2 more Women to fill the available spaces.
This is a great and proven programme that has happened all over Scotland and will help you make positive changes for life.

Our 13 week programme Football Fans in Training programme can help you do this for free.
You’ll get a behind the scenes look at your club, be trained by selected club coaches, have a nosy at the trophy cabinet and have the chance to talk tactics in the dressing rooms. Who knows, maybe you’ll even bump into a player or two!
The programmes will be held at Gayfield Park and the first FFIT programme will start on Monday 8th January 2018 and will run for 13 weeks.
Our Second FFIT programme will start immediately after our first FFIT programme ends in April 2018 and will end in July 2018.
Participants can only take part in one programme.
The meetings will take place in the evening and will last 90 minutes. The 90 minutes will be split in half with the first 45 minutes on discussing positive changes to your lifestyle then 45 minutes of physical activity.
